What is the major event of spermatogenesis?

Introduction:

Male reproductive organ involves testes, scrotum, spermatic ducts, and prostate glands. Testes produce sperm which is the male sex cell. Spermatogenesis is a process of production and development of mature sperm which is stored in the scrotum. The scrotum is located outside in a form of a pouch. The scrotum is located outside because sperm production needs lower than normal body temperature.
