The flow of lymph through a lymph node and also determine how lymph is monitored by macrophages and lymphocytes.

The lymphatic system is a part of the circulatory system and immune system that have interconnected lymphatic vessels which contain a clear fluid called lymph. Lymphatic system comprises lymphatic capillaries, vessels, ducts and trunks. The lymphatic capillaries transport lymph to lymphatic vessels which then transfer lymph to lymphatic trunks. The lymph from lymphatic trunk is drained into largest lymph vessels called lymphatic ducts from where lymph is released into the blood circulation.
