Interpretation:
The given reaction has to be identified that it is spontaneous or not, if not the spontaneous reaction has to be determined. The cell potential for given reaction has to be calculated and the decreasing strength as reducing agents for three iron species has to be ranked.

The standard cell potential for voltaic cell is determined by subtracting the electrode potential of cathode and the electrode potential of anode.
The negative cell potential of a redox reaction indicates that the reaction is not spontaneous which shows that the standard free energy should be less than 0. The reverse reaction of this will be definitely a spontaneous reaction with cell potential value greater than 0.
