Chapter 21, Problem 7LTB
Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Bone can be defined as a dynamic tissue which is continually being reshaped by the osteoblasts. Osteoblasts are the cells which have a single nucleus that produces bone. In bone formation, these cells work in groups of associated cells. Single cells cannot form bone. A group of ordered osteoblasts together with the bone produced by a unit of cells is generally known as osteon.
