Introduction:

The concentration of proteins in the plasma changes the osmotic gradient of the extracellular fluid and the intracellular fluid in the blood plasma. The movement of ions across the semi-permeable membrane of the cells inside the organs maintains the gradient of ions in the blood and the fluids. The proteins include serum albumins, globulins, and fibrinogen.
