Introduction:
A phylogenetic tree is used to show to the history of the evolution of species, genes, and populations. It is based on the biochemical attributes, physical structures, and behavior of the genes. These days, the genomes of many organisms are available, so the biologists are able to construct the detailed phylogenetic trees.
