Basic unit of life is called a cell, circular chromosome forms of circular DNA which have closed loop and has no ends, mostly the bacteria have circular DNA, histone protein are the protein which associated with DNA in the nucleus and help in the compact it into chromatin, called nucleosome.

Bacterium is member of unicellular microorganisms, they consists of large domain of prokaryotic microorganism, they are having circular DNA, archaean are the single celled, tiny, microbes, they are found in the shape of coccus, rod shaped, round, lobed, they have flagella attached to them, they do not have membrane, eukaryotes are the organism that contain defined nucleus, they have well defined chromosome.
