The stages of the protein digestion along with the locations have to be explained.

Concept Introduction:

Proteins are the most abundant macromolecules in the cell. The structure of a protein is made up of 20 amino acids and they also are known as $\text{α-aminoacids}$. The bond that joint all the amino acid is an amide bond also called peptide bond. One of the examples of protein is movement protein.

Hydrolysis is the reaction convert macromolecules into small subunits after reaction with water such as long peptide chain hydrolyze to produce amino acids.
