- Initialize the necessary variables.
- Execute the following till done.
- Read the character from the stream “read()”.
- Check the condition,

- Increment the counter.
- Check the condition,
- If it is true, print new line.
- Set the counter to “0”.
- Check the condition,

- Call the method “close()” to close the stream.

- Call the method “printStackTrace()” tp handle the exception.
- Define the “main()” method.
