Introduction:

Infection in the genitals of both male and females can occur due to various reasons. Some infections occur through viruses and some occur through bacteria. Genital infections are usually transmitted sexually from one person to another. Common sexually transmitted viral infection is genital warts. The infection is caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). This infection may lead to cervical cancer.
