Introduction:

Malaria is a life-threatening disease. Malaria is caused by single-celled parasite Plasmodium that has at least four species that are P. falciparum, P. malariae, P. ovlae and P. vivax. All these forms of Plasmodium species cause malaria in humans. Anopheles mosquitoes are the vector of this disease. Female Anopheles bites mainly at night.
