Fungi are the eukaryotes, which are one of the major decomposers found on earth. The fungi are close relative of the plants, but they lack the property of photosynthesis and they have a cell wall.

Explanation of Solution

Soyabean rust is a disease caused by the infection of a fungi that result in wilting of soybean leaves. It is mostly prevalent in the region where host is easily available. The climatic condition required is little humid. Alabama is the most affected region by soybean rust.
