To determine:
An argument for or against the strategy given about the pizzly bear, whether or not there is an ethical obligation to intervene if the human's actions are contributing to the breeding behavior. If polar bears have a better chance of avoiding extinction and whether the evidence that polar bears and grizzlies had interbred in the past change these answers.
Introduction:
A pizzly bear is the offspring of a polar bear and a grizzly bear. DNA evidence confirms their existence. Scientists have hypothesized that due to the warmer condition, some of the polar bears are staying on the mainland. Some people believe that the pizzly bear will be killed as they are less fit than either polar bear and grizzlies.

- If PCR was performed on the fragment of DNA shown below using "5'-TAGG-3" and "3'-TCTA-5'" as the primers, how many base pairs long would the PCR product be? To help with this, remember the antiparallel structure of DNA and that primers are complementary and antiparallel to the target sequence that they bind to.
