NADH is L shaped and its one arm is hydrophilic which covers the inner side of the mitochondria. The electron flow from NADH to FMN in order to form FMNH2 to Fe-S is carried inside the membrane. A Nqol’s Rossman fold is also known as N-terminal segment fold.
