Introduction: The positive actions provide wellness and effective coping of life are known as self-care. It includes the positive practice of routine and mindful attention toward the physical, emotional, spiritual, and rational selves on a personal context.
To determine: Whether an individual gets benefitted from making changes in the diet or nutrition, exercise regime, sleep, or work–leisure balance.
To explain: Some of the barriers that prevent an individual from practicing self-care.
To explain: To whom one individual can ask for support in case of reaching self-care goals.
To explain: The way in which an individual should manage self-care if time, money, or excessive responsibilities become a barrier.
