• The main components in the information system are people, data, procedures, hardware, and software.
• The main function of information system is to accept and process the input data, and then store the retrieved information and distribute it across the organization.

  • Check the area of expertise of the organization like insurance and try to increase the customers.
  • These can be done by monitoring the data from the information systems and feedback taken from the customers.
• Improving the existing services
  • Improve the existing services like creating transparent and flexible tracking system.
  • This can be done by maintaining and utilizing the status of user’s data.
