Introduction:

Proteins are the most important class of biomolecules that are formed by the amino acids which serve as the basic building block for the body. It is formed when monomers of amino acids are linked together with a peptide bond. It contains oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, and carbon. It is present in foods such as meat, fish, egg, chicken. It helps in building and development of the body. And, it is also involved in the repair mechanism of tissues.
