• Consider the following business rule referred in problem2 that describes the relationship between AGENT and CUSTOMER and it is written as follows.
  • One agent can have many customers, but each customer has only one agent.
  • From the above business rule, it is concluded that there exist a 1:M relationship between AGENT and CUSTOMER.
