What attribute does a team have if it forces the important issues in the open expecting the involvement of the members to find creative solutions for an issue?
Introduction:
A team is a unit of two or more people who come together to share the responsibilities of a mission to achieve a certain goal. Teams are often cross-functional with individuals from different backgrounds having expertise on different areas. To have an effective teamwork, everyone should share a clear objective, a conscious purpose, a strong trust, ethical communication, have creative thinking, etc. Most importantly teams should be able to resolve the conflicts that could arise from having different ways of thinking which could result in destructive conflict.
