The case study method of research is a qualitative tool of data collection. This method involves observation and descriptive analysis of a specific person to study their subjective psychological and mental states. Despite being prone to a number of errors, such as observer's bias and little possibility for generalization, this method of case study is still highly persuasive and influential.
