Prokaryotes are the single-celled organisms which bear a cell wall, cytoplasm, plasma membranes, ribosomes, DNA, and lack membrane-bound organelles. Bacteria are prokaryotic organisms, that are comprised of a single cell with a very simple internal structure. These are single-celled and microscopic organisms which can survive in different environments.
