Communication is a vital aspect in today's dynamic digitalized world. The workplace has become increasingly interconnected and people are exchanging information with a staggering number of messages, most of the messages are exchanged in digital form. Since the rate of information technology, mobile devices and social media is hiking greatly it has transformed the workplace significantly, workforce communicate more not less. The communication process starts when the sender has an idea, the form of the idea may be influenced by complex factors surrounding the sender, they include; mood, culture, frame of reference, background and physical make-up.
