In other words, it refers to the set of communication channel over the internet dedicated towards collaboration, content sharing, interaction and community based input.

In the following analysis illustrate three of these roles from the mentioned categories at a local supermarket and with the help of real life examples explain how a manager of this supermarket can play these roles.
