Introduction:
Tuberculosis is the disease that causes infection in the lungs. It is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Antibodies are secreted by plasma cells through the differentiation of B lymphocytes. These antibodies are specific to a particular antigen. Antibodies produced by B cells provide a defense to the body. So, this type of immunity is called antibody-mediated immunity.
