Introduction:
The two major components of blood are the blood cells and fluid plasma. The blood cells make up about 45% of the blood composition, and the rest of the 55% of the blood is made up of plasma. The blood cells are of three types that are red blood cells (erythrocytes), white blood cells (leukocytes), and platelets (thrombocytes).
