Program plan:

• In the file “City.java”, import necessary packages, and create a class “City”,
  • Declare necessary variables.
  • Define the constructor to construct a city.
  • Define a method “getName()” to get name.
  • Define a method “getCountry()” to get the country.
  • Define a method “getLatitude()” to get the latitude.
  • Define a method “getLongitude()” to get the longitude.
  • Define a method “getPopulation()” to get the population.
  • Define a method “getElevation()” to get the elevation.
  • Define a method “toString()” to get the formatted string.
• In the file “CityUtils.java”, import necessary packages, and create a class “CityUtils”,
  • Define a method “readCities()” to read data from a text file.
• In the file “CityDemo.java”, create a class “CityDemo”,
  • Define the “main()” method,
    • Create cities list.
    • Loop from “1” through “10”,
      • Print the values.
