The protein is essential part of each cell in the body. The body requires protein to maintain the muscles and skin which it takes from the food. These proteins are classified into complete protein and incomplete protein.
Complete protein is those products which can provide all the essential amino acids and few non-essential amino acids for the biosynthesis. Incomplete proteins are the proteins which lack the essential amino acids.
