In the second stage (Storming) of development of a team, disagreements, conflicts take birth among the team members. The leader of the team tries to resolve the conflicts and clarify the doubts and queries of the team members. There are five styles of handling a conflict;

  3. Accommodating Style
  4. Collaborative style
  5. Avoiding style
