Explanation of Solution

Reason for providing type arguments at the time of instantiating a class:

• One need to specify type arguments at the time of instantiating a generic class because, the interface is parameterized over types.
• The type arguments are used for instantiating generic type or generic methods.
• The formal type parameter replaced by the actual type argument will be used in the declaration of the generic type or method.
• The generic types and methods have formal type parameters that must be replaced by actual type arguments at the time of instantiating a generic method and parameterized type.
