For team performance, personal satisfaction, and Effective teamwork, various positive traits like cohesiveness, raising the bar, flexibility and feedback are needed. There is need to introduce many innovative changes like flat hierarchical working, innovation, speedy action, creative thinking, efficiency, laser sharp focus, a spirit of empathy and help the needed team members and infuse more cohesive working in the team in order to facilitate effective teamwork.
