Introduction:

Nebula in the solar system is a mass of gases, dust, and debris that is present abundantly in the universe. The dust and the debris are from the particles that are exploded off in a collision of large celestial bodies.

Explanation of Solution

The steps that take place in the formation of the solar system, according to the nebular theory are as follows:

  • The young solar nebula starts to collapse to give rise to a solar system.
  • The solar nebula rotates, flattens due to gravity and the center of the solar nebula begins to heat to very high temperature.
  • The planetesimals form inside the swirling disk which is the protoplanetary disk or the debris disk.
  • The largest planetesimals start to grow in size under the effect of gravity, attracting and capturing more gas and dust.
  • The small planetesimals collide with the big rock fragments and form planets, asteroids, meteorites, and so on.
  • A star is born from the big bang and the debris like gases, and dust is blown, from the center of the nebula, thus forming a new solar system.

Globalization is one of the key processes shaping human geographies in the 21st century. Although globalization operates at a planetary scale, its effects are felt in the spaces and routines of daily life. For this assignment, you are asked you to observe and analyze how globalization manifests in your own everyday experiences. Objectives • • Apply core geographic concepts of place, space and scale • Identify concrete examples of how global processes shape local contexts • Develop skills in observation and analysis Instructions 1. Choose two aspects of daily life from the following list that you will use to explore the influences of globalization: ○ Material goods - commodities, food ○ Media & entertainment о Technology & communication о Social connections and relationships O Linguistic or cultural landscapes 2.
