Circumstances for early releasing a lock
- The strategy for early releasing the lock is to go down the tree from the root.
- Except the current node, the locks that are held on all nodes are released and then an X-lock on the child node is requested.

- If the child node is full, then retain all the locks that are held and then an X-lock for the child node is requested.
- After getting the lock, then descend to that node.
