Proteins are considered as the building blocks and the structural unit of the body. Proteins are found in a broad range of the food items. Non essential amino acids are those amino acids which can be synthesized by the human body. Essential amino acids cannot be synthesized by the human body. There are total nine essential amino acids, which we need consume directly from the dietary intake.
