The level of caffeine that we consume per day and the effects that can be noticed after consuming caffeine.

Given:

Caffeine, one of the stimulants usually consumed by us through a variety of foodstuffs.

Introduction:

Chemically caffeine is 1,3,7-trimethylxanthine. Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and a diuretic and acts on the body in several ways. We consume nearly 300 milligrams of caffeine per day and the consumption of caffeine produces short-term and long-term effects.
