Chapter 17, Problem 3CAQ
Summary Introduction

To explain:

If Ms.T identified the patient’s diagnosis as Anxiety related to need to perform wound care, would this be an accurate nursing diagnosis?

Case summary:

The staff nurse (Ms.T) is discussing about “wound care at home” with Mr and Mrs. L. The patient (Mr.L) tells the nurse that he is worried because he is “unable to go back to work on time”.
