Summary Introduction

Introduction:

Quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction involves quantification of levels of cellular $\text{mRNA}$. It is one of the easiest and fastest ways to measure relative change in expression of genes. This technique involves $\text{mRNA}$ isolation, using reverse transcriptase that converts mRNA to $\text{cDNA}$, then using PCR to amplify $\text{cDNAs}$ with the help of specific primers. The amount of DNA produced is measured by addition of dye.
