Introduction:

Botulism is a disease caused by the toxin, which is produced by the bacteria Clostridium botulinum(C. botulinum). The canned foods, which are not properly processed, are the source of botulism disease. The symptoms of this disease are a weakness, vomiting, blurred vision, dry mouth, abdominal swelling, respiratory problem, weakness in arms, legs, dizziness, and it may even cause diarrhea.
