Summary Introduction

To determine:

A low-salt diet would enable a person to determine whether the high blood pressure or the kidney damage came first.

The sequential outcomes of low-salt diet.

Introduction:

The elevated blood pressure which is higher than the normal blood pressure is called primary hypertension. It is not due to another disease and smoking, obesity, stress, drug abuse excess use of stimulants (coffee or tea), and high sodium intake are the risk factors of hypertension. If the primary hypertension persists for a prolonged period of time it leads to another health problem known as secondary hypertension and it also results in elevated blood pressure.
