2. AS a CEO of Intermex, it is recommended to settle the lawsuit and continue monitoring the employees during the work hours only.

3. As a CEO of Intermex, you will settle the lawsuit but continue tracking employees 24/7. Also to avoid any legal battle and employee dissatisfaction, you will get a waiver signed well in advance.

4. Any other options that can be carried out.

Introduction:

Case Summary - Aria is an employee of Intermex and the CEO of the company fires her for de-installing the tracking app, with the view that it was invading her privacy during off hours.

Control is necessary in an organization for various reasons like establishing standards, taking corrective action, to get performance feedback, to facilitate teamwork, to find out irregularities and errors, to increase productivity and to add value to the products or services provided. There are different types of control viz; Feedforwad control, Concurrent control and Feedback control.
