Introduction:
The autonomic nervous system (ANS) has two important units’ parasympathetic and sympathetic divisions, which help in regulating several body structures. They are present in a different location in the body, such as preganglionic neuron cells in CNS and autonomic ganglia in the PNS. They help in controlling autonomic nerve plexuses, which is a complex and interconnected neural network formed by the neurons of both the divisions.
