Introduction:

The kingdom Fungi includes the group of organisms that are eukaryotic and have a multicellular organization. Many fungi cause threat to human health by causing mild to fatal infections, allergic reactions or poisoning, but not all fungi that colonize the plant tissues are harmful, for example: endophytes, mycorrhizae, and lichens provide certain benefits to their associations.
