To determine: The pulse pressure of a person whose blood pressure is 112/68.
Introduction: The blood pressure is defined as the pressure by which the heart pumps the blood into the arteries. There are two components of the blood pressure namely systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. Systolic blood pressure is the pressure when the heart contracts and diastolic pressure is the pressure obtained when the heart is in a resting position between two beats.
To determine: The mean arterial pressure of Person P when the blood pressure is 112/68.
Introduction: Mean arterial pressure is used as a value that is almost identical to the ventricular pressure. Mean arterial pressure has a direct relationship with the systolic blood pressure and has an inverse relationship with the diastolic pressure.
