Predict the effect of change in concentration of the given reactants and products at equilibrium is to be predicted with the help of Le Chȃtelier’sprinciple.

Concept introduction:

Le Chȃtelier’sprinciple states that when equilibrium is subjected to change in concentration, pressure, or temperature, the system will shift in a direction to nullify that change.

When reactant is added at equilibrium, the equilibrium shifts in forward direction to nullify the effectby consuming the increased concentration of reactants and forming the products. If theproduct is addedat equilibrium, the equilibrium shifts in backward direction to nullify the effectthereby consuming the increased concentration of productsand forming the reactants.
