Chapter 15, Problem 26ICA
Assume a cell array CA1 has already been defined. The first row contains a text string and a scalar, and the second row contains a row
For each of the following problems, write a single MATLAB statement that will accomplish the stated purpose. You may use variables created in any problem to help solve problems farther down the list.
- a. Place the number of characters in the text string into LenTex.
- b. Place the number of alphabetic characters in the text string into Numchar.
- c. Place the number of nonalphabetic characters in the text string into NumNon.
- d. Place the number of values in the vector into Lenvec.
- e. Place the sum of all elements in the vector except the last two into sumM2.
- f. Place the number of rows of the matrix into mr and the number of columns of the matrix into mc .
- g. Create a new 2x2 cell array CAisubM from the matrix that contains the same contents as the matrix in cai but divided into four sections:
- A scalar equal to the top left element from CA1
- A row vector equal to the remainder of the first row
- A column vector equal to the remainder of the first column
- A matrix with all remaining elements.

- .arrow_forwardI created a MATLAB code to plot the orbit of a satellite at an altitude of 300 km (LEO). I wanted to propagate my code for 2 revolutions but instead I used (180*60) because it takes 90 minutes to make a full rotation around the earth in LEO. Is that correct? Also, if I wanted to use revolutions how would I propagate it for 2 revs? Would my t = [0 4*pi].arrow_forwardPlease examine how you got answer step by step pleasearrow_forward
