Concept introduction: Anterior ramus forms nerve plexus. The network of the interweaving anterior rami of spinal nerves is called as nerve plexus. Nerve plexus helps in the transmission of the signals from the spinal cord. It is divided into various types of cervical, brachial, lumbar and sacral plexuses.
