To determine:

The relationship between saturated fat intake, LDL, HDL and heart disease and the other factors that might influence the risk of having the arteries blocked by plaque.

Introduction:

Cholesterol whether LDL (low-density lipoprotein) and HDL (high-density lipoprotein) are often linked to heart diseases. The lipoproteins are essentially proteins that carry phospholipids, fat, cholesterol fat-soluble vitamins in the bloodstream. The HDL is said to be the good cholesterol while the LDL is said to be the bad cholesterol.
