Introduction:

The cerebral hemispheres are responsible for performing high order skills and complex functions. The function can include problem-solving, attention, speech, and memory. The hemispheres do not control some of the functions, such as speech. The speech is coordinated by Broca’s area located in the left frontal lobe.
