Introduction:
Gene therapy is of two kinds based on how the healthy genes are delivered, in vivo gene therapy and ex vivo gene therapy. In case of in vivo gene therapy the gene is directly put in the patient’s body while in ex vivo gene therapy the cells from the patient are removed, cultured, transformed and then put back in his/her body.

crosses are monohybrid crosses.
