The orderby clause:
The orderby clause is used to arrange (sort) the records in the results of a LINQ query.
- The sorting can be made in either ascending order or descending order.
- By default, orderby clause sorts the results in ascending order.
- To sort the results in descending order, the descending should be appended to the orderby clause.
- The extension method that should be called in order to get the query results in descending order is “orderbydescending”.
