The disease feet drop in Jessica who fractured her fibula and had to wear a leg cast for several weeks. The explanation of structure which was pinched off by leg cast resulting in foot drop.

Concept introduction:

Jessica has fractured her fibula bone is leg region leading to the development of foot drop disease. Fibula bone is present in the lateral region of the leg. It runs along tibia bone in the leg. It balances and stabilizes ankle and muscles present in leg region.
